Lost your key fob, or is it just not doing its job anymore? We program replacement fobs, spare keys, and transponder chips right here, usually for a lot less than the dealer charges. Sometimes the fix is even simpler, a fresh battery, and we'll tell you if that's all it needs.

WHAT KIND OF KEY TROUBLE IS IT?
Your only key is lost or dying. Being down to zero working keys means a locksmith call or a tow. Get a spare made before that day comes.
The fob's range keeps shrinking. You're pressing it against the window to make it work. Often just a battery, sometimes a failing fob. Quick to check either way.
Buttons work sometimes, or not at all. Worn buttons and cracked cases can often be repaired instead of replaced. Bring it in and we'll look.
You just want a spare. Smart move, and much cheaper as an errand than as an emergency. Usually done while you wait.

PROGRAMMED TO YOUR CAR
Every make has its own procedure, and many need special equipment to sync with the car's computer and immobilizer. We have it.

TESTED BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Lock, unlock, start, remote start if you've got it. You leave with everything working, usually the same visit.
Fob prices vary a lot by make and model, so call with your year, make, and model and we'll quote it. As an independent shop it's usually well under what the dealer charges for the same fob.
Get the spare before you need it
Almost everyone who comes in with zero working keys had months of warning, a fob with shrinking range, a spare that went missing a while back. A spare key made on a normal Tuesday costs a fraction of what a no-keys emergency costs in towing, time, and stress. If you're down to one key, that's the nudge.

Yes, in most cases we can provide and program a replacement fob or transponder key. Call with your year, make, and model first so we can confirm your vehicle and have what you need ready.
IS THIS REALLY CHEAPER THAN THE DEALER?
Usually, yes, and often by a lot. Same working fob, programmed to your car, without dealership pricing. Call us and compare the quotes yourself.
CAN YOU FIX A FOB INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT?
Often. Dead batteries, worn buttons, and cracked cases are all fixable, and we check those before selling you a new fob.
WHAT'S A TRANSPONDER KEY AND DO I HAVE ONE?
Most keys made since the late 1990s have a chip inside that talks to the car's anti-theft system, so probably yes. That chip is why a hardware-store copy will turn the lock but won't start the engine, it has to be programmed to your car.
HOW LONG DOES PROGRAMMING TAKE?
Most fobs are programmed while you wait. Walk-ins welcome, Monday through Saturday.
